Whenever i'm trying to play a game of FIFA 15 i always seem to come across a guy with his mic on and throughout the game i hear screaming kids or loud music. Is there a way to stop listening to my opponent without having to manually mute them from their profile?

ok. Go to your account preferences. On the "Privacy" tab set it to your preferred setting. While playing you'll stiil see the icon telling you the opponent is talking but at leat u won't be able to hear him.mileyvery-happy:

I've had to resort to not playing with sound which as you can imagine isn't very fun.

I don't have anymore an xbox but i clearly remember there was the option to disable this. You shuld find it in the console setting->audio. Btw looking for a more precise solution, gimme a couple of mins.

I can't seem to find anything in the console settings. EA should have just made a mute setting. No one should have to listen to some guy on the other side of the world screaming into their mic.

Thankyou! I had communications with voice and text set to everybody. It's now set to just friends however.
