We are aware that a number of players are currently unable to access FUT on their console or via the web app. The team has deployed some fixes in the past that allowed most of the affected users to get back into FUT, however we are aware that this is still not the case for all of you. The team came up with a fresh set of questions to further pinpoint the exact root cause and we would like to encourage affected users to provide the information below:

Notes

• I test from a normal Chrome window and an Incognito window. 
• Often when I Incognito, when I enter the Security Code for the first time, I get a response that it has been entered too many times.
• If I run Chrome Developer Tools (or Firefox) I see 500 Internal Server errors when data is POST in the JSON response.
• Companion app, while not 100%, works most of the time.  It disconnects usually when dealing with the transfer section.
