We are aware that a number of players are currently unable to access FUT on their console or via the web app. The team has deployed some fixes in the past that allowed most of the affected users to get back into FUT, however we are aware that this is still not the case for all of you. The team came up with a fresh set of questions to further pinpoint the exact root cause and we would like to encourage affected users to provide the information below:
