I forgot fifa 15 ultimate team security question

Hi, I forgot ultimate team security question, please help me origin id: [edit: email address removed]...

Forgot your Secret Question? Got locked out of your console or Web App?

A.   If you have access to your trusted device, (the console or PC where you previously played FUT):
 

1. Go to the FUT website and login.
2. When you are asked for your secret question, click on Forgot answer?
3. Next, you'll need to login to your trusted device and load FIFA XX 
4. Once you enter the Ultimate Team game mode, you will be prompted to create a new Secret Question. 
   • ​Your reset information will carry over to your new console and the Web App.

B.    If you no longer have access to your trusted device:

• You will need to contact a game advisor for help.

When I connected fifa15 with my facebook account in iphone, I didn't have an origin account. And I don't remember that I have set security question. When I downloaded the game another time in my iphone, it required the answer to security question. After some wrong tries, my account was locked and I don't know what to do. I have an Origin account now and what should I do?

It doesn't ask for my secret question or anything whatsoever, there's no "forgot answer to click on anywhere"

I can't get my ultimate team back because I forgot the question and I can't change it on my old console because I gave it to the game store to get a deal with my new Xbox one. I wouldn't mind starting again just want to play ultimate team.
