I can't access FIFA15 on my Tab 3 Android

Hi

For the past 2 days, I couldn't access FIFA15 on my Tab 3 Android, everytime i try it says " Fut is currently experiencing high traffic, please try again later". I even uninstalled the app and lost all its data  but its still the same problem.

Anyone experiencing the same problem on an android device? How to fix this?
