HELP ME..PLEASE. Unidentified Symbols during Matches

Can someone please HELP!! Does anyone know what the little symbol means that appears over a computer controlled player. It is grey and looks like the outline of a head and shoulders in a little bubble. I have looked through the manual and I can't find it!! I'm player career mode and I'm controlling a single player, so it's appearing over a computer controlled one. Thank you
