Fifa 15 ultimate team security question won't confirm

Recently decided to play Fifa 15 again to try and hunt down all the achievements.  I tried logging into my ultimate team game mode and it keeps coming up with my security question cannot be created! any ideas? I did play ultimate team on Fifa 15 on xbox 360 before I got the xbox one.  Could that affect it?

I'm on PS4 but having the same issue. I've contacted EA about this and they haven't responded. But a lot of people say it could be to server traffic which doesn't allow the security question to be created.
