Hmm, can you go offline and try wiping the entire local FIFA 15 folder, then try again? Make a backup of the folder first, of course. 

Can you also check your Reliability Monitor for crash reports. I fear that it won't help, but perhaps it'll show something useful if you can post one of the reports.

is this what you're looking for? can this avghooka.dll be a problem? its part of AVG antivirus.

Thanks, as you say this is drawing attention to AVG antivirus. It may be malware masquerading as such, but we'll assume that it's AVG for now.

Can you try disabling your AVG as a test then try to launch again?

Hey! sorry to bring up this old thread. 

I was playing FIFA 15 recently and my computer shut down unexpectedly. Now i'm unable to play as the game will crash without fail once it displays the messi loading screen. I've tried reinstalling everything, deleting the game files, etc but i still can't seem to find solve the problem. May i know how to obtain the crash report like the one above? can't quite seem to find it in performance monitor...

This cue helped me.

Opened AVG from the mini icon, went to "Menu" -> Settings and then selected "Exceptions", clicked the "Add" button and then added the full path of the fifa15.exe file and now the game no longer crashes on the load screen after language selection.
