My cpu is not on 100%,its about 50-60%,but i still have lags and freezes..my specs are: pentium intel g2030 3.0ghz,8gb of ram, ati radeon hd 6570 1gb!

Definition, tests and solution:

Game feels like it stutters and input is delayed when no limit on FPS is active.

• On "no limit of FPS" the game moves at 120FPS. No dips. The game feels like it stutters, but the replays look majestic (FRAPS shows that the replays are capped at 45FPS). The menu moves perfectly (and FRAPS shows 3k FPS).
• On "lock to 60 FPS" the gameplay is majestic, no stutter. The replays stutter badly as they are locked to 30 FPS. The menu moves sluggishly.
• On "lock to 30 FPS" the game is horrible. The input lag is unbearable and the replays are stuttery as **bleep**. The menu moves sluggishly.

The solution is simple, or force VSync (hopefully you're not using Windows 7 and an AMD card) or the devs need to wake up and patch the game so when you activate "lock to 60FPS" the game ALWAYS goes at 60.

It's a shame that a game with such graphical presentation is so broken thanks to some idiot.

My system is

Intel Core i5-3230M CPU @2.60 GHz, 4 Logical Processors
Windows 8.1 (with all latest updates)
8 GB DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 8750M 

My game is lagging and sound is sluttering while its only on 20-30% CPU and 30-40% of Physical Memory.
I think i now tried changing every setting in Catalyst  but nothing of this was helpful. Game is lagging even on the lowest settings, while FIFA 14 was flying on the highest settings.

How is that possible?

Finally I found a solution that works to me!!!!!! Holly God !!

I just put everything in the max, lock 60 fps, disable aero and TURN ON THE VSYNC! This was THE THING!!!

I played 4 games and no lag    mileyvery-happy:

What is it happening then? The computer meets the requirements by far...

At home, my computer does not suffer any lag nor problems. And the computer is fairly older that hers. Bought on 2007, my computer comprises an Asus P5K-E Wifi Ap mother board, Intel Core2Quad q6600 cpu, 4x1 GB Corsair XMS2 DHX DDR2 @ 800 MHz and a Zotac GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card.

try to lower the game's resolution till you get to 1680x1050. that might solve the issue with 100% cpu usage

I have the same problem, im trying to clean my PC but it doesn't work.
