Cannot buy players in transfer market

Hi,

After snipering some players in transfermarket to gain some money , i suddenly cant bid on players anymore. No im not using any bot . Just clicked it myself on the ps4. Is mass bidding/ sniping against the rules ? Havent read it anywhere. Please unban and answer my question.
