CAREER MODE CRASHES IN FIFA 15

Hello i'm playing fifa 15 on my computer. The game is working but whenever i start career mode the game crashes.

Once i didn't change the team nor manager name and it worked but the next time when i chose another team or the same team in new career,it crashed.

i have tried changing the arena player and GK but its not working please help!!!!
