Actually it doesn't work like that. Don't send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, as no user is helped from there so far. Try to send other e-mails to other supervisors of EA that you will find on your own. I'm afraid i have to do that too.

i have been banned from ea for some reason. i dont have fifa 14 but i have been banned. i hope it isnt because of the reacent thing i have been buying. plz ea fix this problem
