Happy Hours & Promotional Packs

Hi everyone,


Recently we've been having a lot of questions about when the next happy hours may be. Unfortunately, we are as clueless as you are as to when these will happen. We do not have this information for you and thus are unable to tell you when the next happy hours will be.

 

As always, our advice is to keep uptodate with the official EA Twitter feed, as any updates and incoming promotional packs or happy hours will always be announced there first. You can follow FIFA 14 on Twitter - @EASPORTSFIFA.

how come jumbo gold packs don't always exist. they do in NHL.

FIX THE FIFA POINT PROBLEM FOR XBOX360 AND PS3. THEN MAYBE I CAN ALSO BENEFIT FROM HAPPY HOURS

Everything to do with getting help with FIFA 14 is absolute trash and everywhere you ask about happy hours its simply, dont know... not good enough!!

Unlucky sho2002, I have been having the same problem for the last 8 weeks. Here are the responses I've received from EA so far:

I am very sorry to hear you have been having this issue, as a lifelong gamer myself I completely understand the frustration of not being able to enjoy your favorite games when you have the free time available.

As discussed with the previous advisor your case has been escalated to our Expert team for further investigation with the game studio. As soon as we receive a reply from the studio we will be back in touch with you.

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts. I do apologize for the problems you were having with FIFA 14 on the Xbox 360. From looking through your case, I know you have been waiting for a response for a few days, so I appreciate you being so patient in the meantime. Specifically, it appears that you were running into some problems when trying to purchase some FIFA Points in FIFA 14 Ultimate Team. Since I play a lot of FIFA myself, I know it can be a little frustrating if the game is not working correctly, so I do want to get this sorted out for you.

To update you on this problem, we have rolled out a fix on our end to try to get this working for players on Xbox 360. I just wanted to check in with you to see how things are going now and if you are still having the same problem with that particular bundle. If you are, please do let me know the exact error you receive (in case it changes), when you receive it, and a timestamp (including your timezone) for that error. The time stamp in particular is really important for us to locate the cause of the problem. Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for getting back to me and letting me know. I do apologize for the fact that you are still having trouble. Regarding a refund for the EA Sports Season Ticket, unfortunately that is not something I would be able to provide for you. Reason being, that transaction went through the Xbox Live Marketplace, which is not something I have access to here at EA.

I appreciate you getting me that time stamp though. Regarding the error messages you are receiving, since that first error message states there is a problem with the payment method itself in Xbox's system have you spoken with them at any point? I just wanted to confirm that with you, since any authorization attempt is going on in their systems and not in ours. Please do let me know. Additionally, are you receiving this error message with every bundle? In the chat, I know you mentioned the 12k bundle specifically.

The worrying thing is, he makes it sound like I am the only one experiencing this issue. Are they not recording all issues/complaints properly or is just a lack of communication internally??

Happy Hour or Happy HALF Hour, and in that Half Hour I couldn't connect my FUT in game and I opened my packs in FUT WEB APP, guess what you said higher chance for higher quality players and I got 9 rare players from 36 players and all of my rares -81. You are robbing people EA, this was my first time buying an original EA game and it will be the last time. I regret so much I bought Fifa Points three times!!!
