Fifa 14 web app

When I try to search in the market for anything, the message 'No matching results found. Please modify your search criteria and start searching again.' pops up. I try this, and the message still pops up. Any help?

It seem to be a bug about this,you are not the only one with this problem,It seem to be a glitch with your account,you need to contact EA game advisor to help you with Account matters

For any issues regarding accounts/refunds, please follow these steps to contact a game advisor for more help:

1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.

2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’

3. Click Find Solutions

4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.

5. Click: Find Solutions

6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

hey thanks this helped me heeps, but i still have a problem, it says that i need to call somebody, but the instructions dont match whats actually happening. Do you maybe know another way to get the phone numbers?
