Can't make my account a trusted account

Anyone can help me out. I can't get my retrive my verification code on Xbox one for madden 17. Because I have a new phone and don't have access to my old number that the code is getting sent to. I cant retrieve it through email because it send the same code to my phone which I do not have access to

If you have lost your phone or you cannot access your email address and you do not have backup codes, please Contact Us and select the Manage my account and Can’t log in topics for assistance.
