Hello all, as promised, here the reaction from EA concerning my XP issue:
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts! I sincerely apologize for the extended
period of time it has taken to respond to your inquiry
In order to fix this
from happening again we must walk the PS3 through a couple troubleshooting steps
1. Go to the Main Menu of the PS3 and click Settings.
2. Go to Network Settings and search for the Media Server Connection.
3. Hit the triangle button to set the media server connection to
Deleting the Game Data Utility:
1. Go to the Main Menu
of the PS3 and go to Games (it has a menu icon shaped like the PS3 controller)
2. Scroll up to the menu option, Game Data Utility (make sure to send
them here and not to the Saved Data Utility, as that will delete all saved
3. Find the game they are having the issue with
the triangle button to select the game in question and Delete the entry in the
game data utility.
Doing this will wipe all updates for the game from
the hard drive, forcing the system to reconnect to our servers to download the
latest updates again, this time without interference from the Media

Jesse, I have gone through the issue and understand that you have not received the XP points. I am sorry to hear that. I have let our seniors know about the issue and soon the issue would be forwarded to the game investigation team. However, if you wish , you may also post this issue over forums so that our game expert team can look the same over forums:
Please do reply to us with some more information regarding the issue as how many XP Points you should have received and when did you last play the game for XP Points. More the information is, more it will assist us to investigate the issue.

The method i posted actually worked for me. I'm getting XP for playing the matches. However, due to deleting the game files, you also delete the online pass which causes to not use the online features. i'm handling that problem now with EA, because i'm not buying a new online pass since they told me to delete stuff in the first place. If i can help any of you, just let me know.
As usual, i will post EA's reply.

forwarded these issues to our game development team to have a look and resolving

Do you know how it can be solved already, becaus I have had this problem too now for over 2 weeks. And it is pretty frustrating as hell! So, please if you know the answer, could you tell me?
