i pre oredered fifa 13 and got season ticket and i havnt got any gold packs and i also put my code for the pre order gold packs but nothing

When I started my Web App, i got 2 mixed packs and 1 full bronze, 
But I have been playing ultimate team since fifa 2009, 
My cousin receiver 2 gold packs, 
But i never got the goldpacks/?
Any reasons for this?

It's done on a random basis aswell as your dedication. I got £2500 coins, my mate who's been playing a year longer got 250!! Just bad luck!

You only get one pack per week for 24 weeks in total

When are we going to get the 24 gold packs for those who pre ordered it?

The 24 gold packs aren't given all in one go. They are distributed over a 6 month period. You get one pack a week usually on a Monday at 1am.

I entered my promotion code in the playstation store at "redeem codes", but it didnt start downloading. So I went back and tried again and now I got the message that my code isnt valid or has already been used. It's not under my list of downloads either.

What can I do?
