Can't connect at all now, can't get in to the catalogue, how many days will the servers be down? At least some/any communication should be sent out to users for resolution timing. Unnaceptable communication and customer service practices.

I haven't had problems for days but now easfc says the servers are unavailable and I have to try later
hope they fix this soon.
