Hi,
If you bought an US version of FIFA13, the game will work but the online pass granting you access to the multiplayer content will not be accepted by the European Network.
However, this can easily get sorted by contacting an EA advisor. After you’ve provided the requested proofs of purchase, your US online pass will be disabled to grant you a European online pass.
