Fifa 12 - Online Pass

I am awaiting a response from the Supervisor of AS since the 07/29/12 and so far nothing.

My game is Region 3 PSN - Asian
I created my PSN account in Hong Kong went to activate the Online Pass and says it is incorrect or has been used since I bought it in store SEALED.

My father bought the game was in Paraguay then I have the invoice / receipt do not know the store he bought more I know the day or 07/01/2012 First Day of July 2012.
