why does my origin not work when i restart my computer?

Whenever I restart my computer, Origin stops working. I can't even open it and it says "Application Not Working- 600" I am really amnnoyed as I have paid £40 for this game and I have to then reinstall it everytime i have to re download the sims!!! Why is it doing this and what do i do to stop it?

Please try manually uninstalling the Origin client, clearing the cache and then downloading and installing the latest version again.

I have done what you have said to do and the same message keeps popping up. I have a mac computer and none of my games have ever done this. Have I done it incorrectly?

What Mac do you have? Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on More Info depending on what operating system you're running:

- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics

- Are you running any antivirus?
