sims 3 download

i just bought sims 3 i have a windows 8 pc and i am having problems downloading the game i put in the disc followed everything that it told me to signed into origin put in the code but when i go to download it just says origin needs to install files and is waiting for permission please choose yes when windows prompts you for persmission and i never get it can someone please help me with this issue
