relinked steam account to another ea account lost all stuff? please help

ok so i unlinked my steam account from my current ea thinking i could link to my old one (the one im on rn) to merge my old and new stuff from steam and psn but turns out my progress is part of my ea account not the steam account

is it possible to bypass the 6 month timer so i can get all my stuff back?

or maybe since merging is a thing, maybe i could link a new psn or steam account to my old ea account? would that get me my stuff back?

please someone answer ive spent so much time on apex and i just want my stuff back
