"Origin In Game" doesn't launch

Hi,

Since yesterday "origin in game" doesn't want to launch at the start of the games. So I can't play with my friends anymore, please help !

I tried uninistalling Origin, and installing it again, or even delete files in c:/programdata/origin but the problem still remains.

Do you know how to solve it ?

I contacted Origin (France) 3 times already by email and in the technical forum, but no one want to answer, I wonder if this bug is intended.

It seems that we are currently experiencing limited social availability:

I sadly don't have further steps at the moment. Make sure to keep trying the function as it is most likely a temporary issue. I will keep monitoring this as well in the meantime.

You might want to try a manual uninstall of Origin and a clean boot. You can also try switching Origin in-game off, then closing Origin and switching it on again to see if that makes any difference. Also be sure to always run Origin as admin.

As for your questions if this is a bug or intended: it is definitely not intended for the feature to not work. However, I haven't seen further reports at the moment of this being a widespread issue. I will be sure to keep an eye on it. Please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Thank you for this answer but I tried these steps and I still have the problem.

When I run a game, "Origin in game" doesn't run  (I can't do 'shift+F1', nothing happens) and the games tell me I need to actviate it in the option of the launcher to play with friends.

But it is actually activated :/

Do you have another idea on how to solve this horrible bug ?

Which game are you trying to use it with? Not all games have the option available.

I am trying to play Dead Space 3 with a friend.

It worked perfectly fine all this week, eccept yesterday and today.
