problem with old email

I know this has been asked a bunch (im sorry please help) i have an old email that has invaild (expired) credentials. ie cannot access the old EA/origin account because password must be reset. but i cannot reset password because i no longer have email due to deletion. i had to make a new email to even do this. please help me recover my old games and things on my old email. thank you

im sorry @EA_Darko  but ive gotten no help. and  cannot access my old email to sign in to change an old password. id like to email ea directly. it doesnt give me the option to reach out...
