origin program won't stay open, crashes immediately

the entire origin program on my laptop won't stay open, it crashes as soon as a window of it pops open. i checked the storage on my laptop and it's fine, i also tried restarting my laptop a couple times and it still won't work.

Please try the following:

• Temporarily disable your firewall and security software
• Perform a clean boot before opening Origin: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
• Run Origin and your Windows User Account as an Administrator: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator
