so I bought the sims 4 and after about 1 month of playing it I got restriction for 1 month after I ot of I tryied to log back in but I forgot my password . after 6 months of trying to log back in I changed my password . I went to my games and MY SIMS 4 HAD DISSAPERD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I don't have the redeem code because my grand mother either through it away or hid it from me, so now im trying my hardest to contact them . and iv been trying to contact them for over an hour.. has anyone else had this suckish promblemmileymad: .

I don't see any games ever having been linked to the account you used to log in here. Could you please try logging in to Origin client with different email addresses you may have to check if the games shows under a different account?
