i forgot my origin password and when i tried to change it , the rest e mails didnt reach my G mail inbox at all i tried over and over and nothing reachedwhen i got desprate i googled soultions and changed the password using STWOR
after changing my password my origin account go rest to zero all my data like iam creating a new account and the old one didnt even exist in the first place but it is the same account with the same Gmail address that i used before an had games on it the games were missing i tried using my BF4 key to add a game but it says that the key has been used already !!!
i live in egypt so contacting the EA support by phone is a problem and i'm not that good in speaking english i can't reach a chat support with origin if any one can help me any one

@vander1515 Hi,
Are you sure that you are using the same account that you had used initially to register the game? I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the game is registered on that account.
