dont register payment but the credit card confirm

I bought the sims4. My credit card confirm the payment, but the site dont. What can I do?

Get the reference number, purchase date from your credit card statement and contact billing. Did you receive a email about your purchase? If so, there will be a confirmation number in there you will need.

@artur_rigol I took a look at your account and that order is still pending. I would recommend giving it 24 hours to go through.

my request is being considered CANCELED. but my credit card has debited the purchase.  so I do not have to wait 24 hours

@artur_rigol I'm not quite sure what you mean. Are you trying to cancel the order?
