I purchased 3150 apex coins for my son's account from amazon. The transaction was sold by Amazon and the seller was amazon, so it was not a third party thing at all.
I have done this in the past several times with no issues at all, but these past two are not crediting to his account. I have opened cases here and there has not been any movement on the issue at all and I am not sure what else I can do.
Amazon told me I needed to speak to EA as to why it shows that the redemption was successful but did not show up on my account.

I did email. I responded to the emails that were sent to me four days ago. I have not heard anything back from anybody about my issue.
I tried to use chat and I sat there for three hours and it said there were eight minutes left. Three hours I waited. Can you just please put me in contact with somebody
