I have Sims 4 and I'm trying to download it onto my HP Notebook. I put the disc into my computer and it said it was going to install Origin onto my computer. It did, but when I click on it, it says that it's updating and it gives me an estimated time that the upload will be finished. So I wait but then out of nowhere it goes away and then the Origin sign in screen comes up except it says I'm offline so I can't create an account or sign into an existing one because I'm signing in for the first time. I then tried going to the Origin website and downloading it from there and the download went through, but it sent me right back to the updating bar. Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can fix it?
