i submitted a case last week and i still got nothing, can sum 1 explain why?? i cant play play on my main apex account and i have everything on there PLEASE HELP MEEEE!!

I do see you've already submitted a case to our Terms of Service (TOS) team to have that account reviewed.
The TOS team is taking longer than usual to review these at the moment due to a high volume, so we don't have a more specific ETA for when you can expect to hear back currently, I'm afraid.
The TOS team will reach out via email as soon as they finish the investigation however, so I would recommend just keeping an eye on your email. Thanks for the patience in the meantime.
