Because no games are appearing there for me right now. Just the Vault header and an empty page.

Hi there,
No the vault wasn't robbed. One of the big DNS servers in the US had a problem this morning. I got caught in it, so you may have as well. first go to the Vault in Origin and press CTRL+R at the same time to refresh the vault.
If that doesn't work exit Origin completely, open your task manager and end any Origin processes you see running there. (should only be one.) Then Clear your Origin Cache Files.
Start Origin again and see if the vault games are back for you.
