@oforia704 Did you reply to the case email or the one with the verification code?
The reason I ask is because in the past I've accidentally replied to the email with the code rather than the case email, which lead to a similar message to the one you've received.

@oforia704 I think you're just replying to the wrong email, as I did the last time I had to send EA Help a code.
You can also try responding with the code by resuming your case in "My Cases".
I would also be very doubtful that emailing a CEO will get you anywhere.
