Sims 4 and Origin won't open

Both Origin and Sims 4 won't open.... Help?

Did you add Origin to exceptions for your firewall or internet security? You might also try to run Origin as administrator. If that doesn't work, what happens when you try to play the game? Does your pc meet the minimum recommendations to run the game?

I have this same problem. I've tried to open Origin and sims 4 like twenty times and all it does is put a loading sign up for like 3 seconds then does nothing. Do you have the same problem? I need help. I just downloading new content.
