Security question problem, need fast some help

Hello to the community,

a few days before i register an origin account cause of FIFA 18.

Yesterday i try to make some changes in my account (personal infos) but...when i was trying, a message asked me for my security question, i was writting the answer

but it says that is wrong. 

This is impossible, im pretty sure for the answer. 

Anyway, the problem is that i tried to contact with EA, nothing happens for hours, its the 3rd day that i tried to contact. 

Phone option is unavailable for my country.

So, what i supposed to do? 

Please, maybe an admin can contact me from here?

Im waiting guys, dont forget me.

Have them call you instead of waiting for the online chat. I did that and got a call a few minutes later. The online chat seems broken
