Reset security question

My fifa 15 ultimate team has been locked and i don't have my trusted playstation. I want to reset my security question, how can i solve my problem? Help me please

Hi there! Try not to worry! follow these instructions

If you forgot your secret question and answer or get locked out of your console or the Web App, you can reset your information.

Follow this process if you have access to your trusted device (the console or PC where you previously played FUT):
Clear your browser's cache. http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-your-browsers-cache/

Visit the FUT website and log in. https://www.easports.com/fifa

Select Forgot answer.

Log in to your trusted device and load FIFA XX.

Enter the Ultimate Team game mode to see the secret question prompt.

​Your reset information will carry over to your new console and the Web App.

If you no longer have access to your trusted device, you will need to contact an EA advisor for help at http://help.ea.com
