Problems with play/installation with Dragon Age Origins Ultimate d/l edition

I just purchased the d/l edition of Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition.  The game appears to download and install just fine.  When I click "Play" from the start screen, I am directed to enter my email address and password to activate it.  I then get a screen that says "We're sorry, an error has occured.  There is a problem with your game's setup.  Please reinstall your game."  I have tried every fix recommended that I can find in the help section but after my 4th reinstall attempt, I'm about out of patience.  Anybody have any ideas?  Thanks.
