Origin Not compatible with windows10 1803 update on some systems?

Update:

I installed this patch: http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4338548 (i don't think it's necessary but just for safety)

Reboot

Installed this Origin Version: https://origin.en.uptodown.com/windows/download (10.5.18.58059) toggle to NOT update automatically

And now it works.. Obviously not with the latest version..and you can use only offline until the devs patch this

No, when i click to update it dissapears after while. I have to play in offline mode.

I saw that there is a new version after the 10.5.19, the 10.5.20.. but the problem persists for a lot of users..

You need to investigate what is changed after the 10.5.18 <---THIS is the only version can be installed now for the windows 10 builds 1709/1803 users.

Mine seems to work somehow, even online

After installing a previous version, Origin will just notify me that there's a newer version available

As long as Origin isn't closed, online works

But if I reboot my PC or close down Origin and open it again it will auto-update and not work than
