Origin Delete Games From Library

Hi There

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I bought Sims 2 and some extension packs in around 2011 and a couple of days ago I changed to a new computer. When I downloaded Origin and logged in, those games have disappeared from my library without any evidence that I even bought them on Origin. I will not buy any more games until I get them back and reassured that this will not happen again. So, how do I get my games back in my library and onto my new computer?

Are you sure that you are using the same account that you had used initially to register these games? I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the games are registered on that account.
If you are unable to figure out which account it might be, you will need to contact an EA Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new
