Madden Cover

Does EA have the ability to allow gamers to create their own cover athlete for the series? For example, I am a Browns fan, I would want a Browns player on my edition. Is there a way to special order or create on EA website? You could offer this with special pre order from EA upcoming Madden releases. Just a thought I had this morning. Always trying to share my ideas with those game developers I have bought from for decades.
