Linking PS4 progess to PC

I was wondering if I was able to link progress from PS4 to PC. I recently purchased Star Wars Battlefront II and had all of my main progress on PS4. Am I able to carry over that progress to PC? ex) levels, star cards, skins, credits, etc

Sorry to say @NotAPinger but as the game is not cross-save then it is not possible to access your PS4 content or unlocks on the PC.
