Issues with Sims 4 get together

I had a preorder of Sims 4 get together the date changed on my credit card i have updated it but the game is in limbo it was set to be out Dec 8, 2015 it has passed and the screen acts like the date has not arrived yet and can't access to buy or play the game! there is a picture posted to me it looks like its not installed or able to play

You can try clearing your Origin cache to to see if that releases the game. If that does not help, please contact a Game Advisor and have them take a look at your account for any issues:
