While I wanted to buy a monthly EA Play subscription, I accidentally bought it annually. I was trying to buy monthly. I did not play or donwload anything. I want you to get refund.

Unfortunately, here in the forums we can't do anything with billing and/or subscriptions options. Especially regarding refunds.

Refunds are not available but exceptions may apply under certain circumstances. You could however, cancel your subscriptions as well, whatever works for you in this matter.
