I have a problem
someone using my account and set a new secret question and support from your phone!!!

And why not change the password sent to the e-mail
my email - [edit: email address removed]

The security question is not changed me

While Answer HQ is only a peer to peer help site, and not the official EA Customer Service site, and we cannot actually alter anything, we can give you advice on what to do if a user has issues like yours.

If you get hacked the first thing in my opinion you should do is to reset your secret question. If you need to reset your security question go here and follow the provided instructions:

After resetting your security question you should follow these instructions which tell you what to do if you've been hacked: http://help.ea.com/en/article/i-think-somebody-hacked-my-origin-account-what-can-i-do-now/
