I don't know my security question answer and my email is not valid

I have created my EA account when I was 8 so I didn't really care about the security questions or email. However now when I try to log in I have to confirm my email or answer a security question. The problem is that my email is not valid and when I was putting the information about the security questions, I just put in random letters that I obviously forgot. I can confirm my account by password and phone number but for some reason, that isn't enough for EA. Can someone help me on this or tell me EA's support email where I can solve my case? Thank You.

Hi! Yes, you need to talk to an EA Game Advisor. Hopefully they can solve your issue

Go here to contact EA support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

• In the upper right corner, choose your region. If it's not there, choose US or UK.
• Choose a game. If you need help with an account issue, choose Origin
• Choose your platform
• Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
• Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!
  If you don't get to the chat option and want that, try choosing other details to get other options. Manage my account - Cannot login, might have a higher change to trigger the live chat.
