I can not access my EA account. I have to change my password. I have no access to the email to which they send the codes. It is an old email and I can no longer access it. Can someone help me? I have proof that it is my email. can prove anything

This isn't something we can fix here on the forums, but our support team will assist you with this issue. We will try to complete additional account verification to help you change that old email.
