How do i transfer all my games to a different account?

Yes you can, it's called a Transfer Request.

If you are willing to lose ALL progress on ALL games, then yes, it can be done.

I am willing but the problem is that it can only be done via phone call and my country is not listed as an option.
So how do i do this without a phone call?

What country are you located in?  I can try to find a number for you, but can't make any promises.

Also, does your country have a similar phone number to another country?  For example, both the US and Canada have the same type of phone number "structure", so if your country's phone number is similar to one on the list, try using that country on the help.ea.com site.
