You should report that problem to the Help Center. There, a Game Advisor will investigate what happened and will give you a solution to that.

I had the exact same thing today. Charged for FIFA15, but never wanted it. I sent it in to their 'contact us' section and selected 'call me now' and I haven't heard back or been called yet.

Theres a thread with 31 pages that been going on since December, and every answer you give is directed to your ''help advisors''. Are you even doing anything to prevent this? Do i need to be afraid about losing money due to you not doing enough about this obvious security leak? First time i even heard about it was just now when a clan mate from BF4 noticed someone had bought FIFA15 to her account....why on earth do i hear through her and not from you that my money might be at risk?
