Error loading

I bought the game and registered with my account. While I was uploading the game suddenly it has given the origin crash. When I opened the origin again, a line appeared where I could upload. Then I uploaded the game to the line again and game is ready massage appeared. But when I opened the game, it didn't run. Even though I uploaded the game, it didn't allow me to do it entirely but to the line. What do you suggest me to do now...
