Error 500 when trying to create an EA Account

you guys are actually terrible, First of all you ban me for no reason, then you make it so i cant unlink my accounts at all. Then you have a error message on your own website somehow. So i cant make a new account or even access my banned one. I mean how are you guys even running still?
